This map shows K-Means (k=4) cluster assignments for 3,976 hexagonal grid cells
(H3 resolution 7, ~5 km² per cell). Each dot represents one grid cell, coloured
by its assigned airspace risk zone. Click any dot for detailed feature values.
This is the point-based cluster view from Notebook 04. For the full hexagonal
